David S. Ball is President of the American Air Mail Society and a lifelong stamp collector. He retired from
the United States Air Force with 26 years of service and six combat deployments, including tours in
Kosovo, Iraq, and two in Afghanistan.

Lucas A. Hartwell is a professional philatelist and incoming graduate student at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where he will be pursuing a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy. He is a lifelong collector of military postal history.
